Meeting and pickup information
- Pickup is available from your hotel or accommodation in Pokhara Lakeside, as well as from Pokhara International Airport. For airport pickup, please provide your flight details and arrival time when booking so we can arrange a convenient pickup. Your guide/driver will meet you at the airport arrival area. For hotel pickup, please provide your hotel name and address. Your guide/driver will meet you at the agreed pickup location on the morning of Day 1. Please be ready at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. If your accommodation is outside central Pokhara, an additional pickup charge may apply. The exact pickup time and meeting point will be confirmed in advance.
